We want you to love your ritual. If you're not happy with your Cha Cha Noi products, email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a full refund.

Because we're a small team, we will not ask you to ship anything back. Keep it, gift it to someone it might suit better, or dispose of it responsibly. All we ask in return is your honest, detailed feedback — it's how a young and independent brand like ours learns and improves.

How it works

• Email info@chachanoi.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• Tell us what didn't work for you, and please include as much detail as possible. We take all feedback very seriously, and will read every single word.
• We'll issue your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you right away — your choice.
